Cancellation Policy Agreement

  We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause you to cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.


24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointmen

  We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause you to cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.


24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients on our waiting list. If canceling over a weekend/holiday, please email admin@solerelief.ca as the business phone is only tended to Monday-Friday. 


First Late Cancellation or Missed Appointment: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, or if you do not show up for your appointment, we will issue a verbal warning for the first occurrence. No fees will be charged at this time.


Second Late Cancellation or Missed Appointment: If a second late cancellation or missed appointment occurs, a fee equivalent to half the cost of the scheduled service will be charged.


Subsequent Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments: For any subsequent late cancellations or missed appointments, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

Please be aware that our average booking time is currently 6 weeks out. Cancellations or missed appointments may result in a delay in your next appointment due to high demand. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


 I acknowledge that I have read the Cancellation Policy put in place by Sole Relief AFCN and understand that I need to provide at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. I am aware that If I fail to contact the office at least 24 hours in advance, I will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee.


If canceling over a weekend/holiday, please email admin@solerelief.ca as the business phone is only attended to Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
