 Due to the high volume of need in the EK region availability has become incredibly

 limited entering the 2026 New Year.

Shelley is currently booking out six weeks in advance. 

The good news is that we have been training and expanding to accommodate this need.

Lorraine will be joining us part time effective January 2026. 

As such we have begun slowly transitioning our maintenance clients to her very capable hands in order to free up Shelley's availability for short call, critical and urgent/emergent cases. 

Our office staff is working tirelessly on a short call and cancellation list in order to better serve you,               please reach out via our "contact us" or "book now" page to be added to the list.  

Please also see our "Cancellation Policy" as no-showing appointments or providing less than 24hrs notice may lead to a fee being applied to your account.

Our goal here at Sole Relief is to help as many clients as possible - help us with this task by providing as much notice as possible for cancelled or changed schedules.
